Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

• Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. 
• These hours exclude weekends and holidays. 
• Once your order is received you will be sent an email with confirmation details. It is recommended that you check your confirmation to make sure all information you entered is correct. 
• When your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. All tracking will be handled by USPS. (Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping)
• P.S. Awareness is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrect address shipments.

Returns/ Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are not processed until the returned items are received. 
• You have 7 days after your original order date to place a return or exchange request. 
• Once you receive a shipping label you have an additional 7 days to return the items to USPS.
• Items are only qualified if unworn and in good conditions.
• Returned merchandise qualifies for an exchange or store credit only.
